Product Description and Usage

MT-100 is a high molecular organic compound with strong chelating ability. Within a specific pH range, MT-100 can extract heavy metals from complexes, forming stable insoluble precipitates.

MT-100 has a much stronger chelating ability for heavy metals such as copper and nickel compared to chelating agents like EDTA, citric acid, and tartaric acid. Therefore, it is widely used in the treatment of electroplating wastewater and is a novel agent for electroplating wastewater treatment.

Dosage and Usage Requirements

To achieve optimal results, a beaker test should be conducted prior to use to determine the dosage.

For copper-exceeding wastewater: First adjust the wastewater pH to alkaline, divide it into several portions, and add different amounts of MT-100 to each. After thorough mixing, add coagulants and flocculants. Allow the mixture to settle for a period, then measure the copper content in the supernatant to determine the appropriate dosage of MT-100.

For nickel-exceeding wastewater: First adjust the wastewater pH to slightly acidic or alkaline, divide it into several portions, and add different amounts of MT-100 to each. After thorough mixing, adjust the pH to alkaline, then add coagulants and flocculants. Allow the mixture to settle for a period, then measure the nickel content in the supernatant to determine the appropriate dosage of MT-100.

For other heavy metal-exceeding wastewater: It is recommended to conduct orthogonal experiments to determine the dosage of MT-100.

Packaging Specifications

The solid is packaged in double-layer kraft paper bags (lined with plastic film), with a standard packaging of 25 kg per bag.
