1. The mixing chamber adopts the "M-W" pressurization type, equipped with cooling or heating devices. Material: full alloy, processed in one piece by precision CNC machine tools to ensure strength and accuracy.

2. Rotor blades: HRC can reach about 62, ensuring wear resistance and durability.

3. Servo coaxial separation technology: The rotor can be separated with one end face as the axis, breaking the bottleneck of traditional internal mixers. The open-and-close internal mixer effectively controls unnecessary economic losses caused by material contamination. When the mixing chamber opens and closes, the rotor remains suspended in the middle, making it easy to clean and change materials. The rotor is detachable, allowing staff to clean every part, with a full-range, dead-angle-free design.
