Material enters through the feed port and, under the action of the rotating screws, is kneaded into clusters and propelled forward along the screw channels. 1. Screw Elements and Core Shaft
1) The screw and core shaft are connected via involute splines. The modular barrel is made of wear-resistant bimetallic material, lined with α-101 hard alloy sleeves. Screw elements are crafted from wear-resistant high-speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 ( 6542), while the screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA material. The first barrel section features a main feed port, the third section includes a glass fiber port with a blind plug, the fifth section has a vacuum vent port, and the remaining barrel sections are closed.

2. Gearbox:
