I. Basic Introduction of the 1L Ceramic Internal Mixer:
Utilizing advanced coaxial separation technology, the rotor can be separated with one end face as the axis, breaking the bottleneck of traditional internal mixers. The 5L Ceramic Internal Mixer is specifically designed for expensive, high-hardness, and easily contaminated materials like zirconia and alumina. The inner chamber is treated with high-end wear-resistant materials, effectively preventing unnecessary economic losses caused by material contamination. When the mixing chamber opens and closes, the rotor remains suspended in the middle, facilitating easy color change and material cleaning. Operators can access every part of the chamber, thanks to the full-range, dead-angle-free design. It offers wide process adaptability, compact structure, and a rotor speed range of 0-50 RPM with stepless speed regulation, ensuring accuracy and stability.
The mixing chamber of the 1L Ceramic Internal Mixer features a wear-resistant layer prepared using plasma high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying technology to apply a tungsten carbide coating. Tungsten carbide hard particles exhibit extremely high hardness, strength, elastic modulus, and chemical stability, playing a crucial role in resisting external friction, wear, and corrosion.
