1. The machine is sturdy and durable, with low failure rate and high production efficiency, 2-3 times that of an open mill (only 6-10 minutes required);


2. The tilting mechanism adopts a toroidal enveloping worm gear pair (TOP) with high transmission efficiency and large load capacity, enabling discharge without stopping, eliminating frequent motor starts, and greatly extending its service life;


3. The spiral angle and working length of the rotor wings are reasonably designed, with the rotor peaks and end surfaces being hardfaced with wear-resistant hard alloy, meeting national standards. The surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotor, and ram that directly contact the material are polished and hard chrome plated, offering bright and strong wear resistance, ensuring no shaft breakage;


4. Components such as the mixing chamber, rotor, and ram adopt a jacketed structure, allowing the introduction of media, steam, thermal oil, or water for heating or cooling to meet various rubber (plastic) mixing process requirements, ensuring excellent and stable material quality;


5. Convenient feeding with rear projection feeding, and the mixing chamber tilts forward 140° for discharge, facilitating both the connection of upstream and downstream processes in the production line and the observation, cleaning, and discharge of the mixing chamber and rotor;

During operation, the 75L internal mixer uses two rhomboid rotors rotating relative to each other, with different speeds and speed ratios applying shear stress to the material, breaking molecular chains. During the mixing process, compounding agents are added. The purpose of mixing is to fully blend the materials, achieving the industrial requirements for the material.
