7. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. In case of an emergency, emergency switches are located at all four corners for multi-point braking, allowing the machine to stop quickly. Pulling the emergency switch immediately stops the machine, ensuring safety and reliability;

8. The transmission system uses a hard-gear surface reducer, featuring compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life;

9. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect key components from damage due to overload.

1. Provide on-site installation guidance;

2. Responsible for on-site commissioning and trial runs of supplied equipment until acceptance;

3. Responsible for on-site operation and maintenance training for the buyer's personnel;

4. One-year warranty under correct operation, with long-term supply of spare parts guaranteed;

5. Long-term technical consultation services provided;

6. Within and outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide a clear solution within 3 hours of receiving notice of equipment failure from the buyer. If the supplier's personnel are required, domestic repairs will be completed within 24 hours, and the Pearl River Delta region within 5 hours (excluding travel time). For international users, arrangements depend on visa situations and further negotiation with foreign clients.
