I: Introduction to Open Mixing Mill

The main working components are two hollow or drilled rollers that rotate inward in opposite directions. The roller on the operator's side is called the front roller, which can be moved horizontally back and forth manually or electrically to adjust the roll gap to meet operational requirements. The rear roller is fixed and cannot move back and forth. Both rollers are the same size and rotate relative to each other at different speeds. Raw rubber or compound is drawn into the gap between the rollers as they rotate, undergoing intense shearing to achieve the purpose of plasticizing or mixing. Open mixing mills are also used in plastic processing and other sectors.

4. Integrated base plate for easy installation. The transmission method is single-axis output to ensure high torque. Imported bearings reduce friction, ensuring energy efficiency, low noise, and uniform, parallel, and controllable compound thickness;

5. Rollers are made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard and wear-resistant surface for durability. The inner cavity of the rollers is precision-machined to ensure rapid and uniform cooling;

6. Roller bearing positions use rolling bearings, and lubrication is done with grease;

7. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. In case of an emergency, emergency switches are located at all four corners for multi-point braking, allowing the machine to stop quickly. Pulling the emergency switch immediately stops the machine, ensuring safety and reliability;

8. The transmission system uses a hard-gear surface reducer, featuring compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life;

9. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to protect key components from damage due to overload.
