The Weibulen 5L Open-Type Mixer features an all-alloy mixing chamber for excellent wear resistance, an open-type structure for easy disassembly and cleaning without contamination, energy efficiency, safety, ease of operation, a PLC intelligent system, good dispersion, low noise, long service life, minimal maintenance frequency, and a built-in dust collector. All technologies are sourced from Taiwan, with core components imported.

1. The mixing chamber adopts the "M-W" pressurization type, equipped with cooling or heating devices. Material: All-alloy, precision-machined in one piece by CNC machine tools to ensure strength and accuracy.

2. Rotor blades: HRC can reach about 62, ensuring wear resistance and durability.

3. Servo coaxial separation technology: The rotor can be separated along one end face as the axis, breaking the bottleneck of traditional mixers. The open-type mixer effectively controls unnecessary economic losses caused by material contamination. When the mixing chamber opens, the rotor remains suspended in the middle, facilitating easy color change and material cleaning. The rotor is detachable, allowing staff to clean every part thoroughly with a full-range, dead-angle-free design.

4. Transmission system: A newly designed high-efficiency low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor with a cast iron casing, suitable for continuous duty (S1) operation. Features high efficiency, innovative structure, aesthetic design, low noise, minimal vibration, high insulation grade, stable quality, and high torque.

The PLC system collects parameters such as speed, temperature, and torque every minute and exports them in table format. This facilitates the organization and analysis of experimental data, greatly enhancing the convenience and reliability of scientific research experiments.

Real-time curves of speed, temperature, torque, etc., enable more scientific analysis of material status and adjustments to formulation experiments.

6.3 Quick check and self-check function:

Features the advantage of quickly identifying fault points, reducing repair time, and avoiding secondary damage caused by misjudgment. If an external oil temperature controller exceeds the set upper limit, it will alarm, stop working, or cut off power.
