1. The tilting structure adopts an enveloping worm gear pair (TOP) with high transmission efficiency and large load capacity, enabling discharge without stopping the machine, avoiding frequent motor starts, and greatly extending its service life.
2. Feeding from the rear door (or side door) of the frame, the mixing chamber tilts forward 140° for discharge, which facilitates both the connection of upstream and downstream processes in the production line and the observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotors.
3. The machine is sturdy and durable, with a low failure rate, easy installation, operation, and maintenance, and energy-saving operation.
4. Components such as the mixing chamber, rotors, and ram are designed with a jacketed structure, allowing the introduction of media, steam, thermal oil, or water for heating or cooling to meet various rubber (plastic) mixing process requirements, ensuring excellent and stable processed material quality.
5. Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or plasticized under sealed, pressurized, and temperature-controlled conditions, resulting in high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent quality, pollution-free environment, and convenient material change and color cleaning.
6. The electrical control system uses a PLC device, providing comprehensive and reliable automatic control detection, alarm functions, and necessary interlock protection.
7. The joint between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the frame adopts an arc plate groove labyrinth compression sealing structure, offering excellent sealing and dust prevention. The rotor end face uses a contact external pressure non-lubricated sealing structure, which is wear-resistant and durable.
8. The spiral angle and working length of the rotor ridges are reasonably designed. The rotor peaks and end faces are hardfaced with wear-resistant hard alloy. The surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotors, and ram that directly contact the material are polished and hard chrome plated, making them bright, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.

The rotor consists of a long wing, a short wing, the rotor body, and the circulating cooling water channels in the through-type inner cavity of the rotor. One long wing and one short wing form a set of wings, with two sets evenly distributed on the rotor body, extending spirally from the rotor end towards the center. The starting edge of the long wing is not connected to the rotor end, while the starting edge of the short wing is connected to the rotor end. The inner cavity wall and wing areas of the through-type rotor are machined with rotary circulating cooling water channels. This design ensures axial force balance during operation, generates less heat, provides thorough mixing, accelerates the distribution of the vulcanization system, increases the filling coefficient, and offers significant cooling effects, thereby improving the quality of the mixed rubber and mixing efficiency.
Rotor Wing Design Features: The mixing speed is approximately 1/3 faster compared to similar models and about 3 times faster than traditional roll mills. Its design structure makes it an ideal rotor for the rubber and plastic industry's Banbury mixers.
Rotor Wing Manufacturing Process: Imported alloy steel hardfacing - high-precision polishing - carburizing - surface hard chrome plating treatment to ensure wear resistance and durability. It is specifically designed for mixing highly filled masterbatches, iron powder, or magnetic powder materials with extreme wear resistance.
Rotor Shaft Material: The rotor shaft core is made of 38CrMoALA, nitrided to HV950-1050, with a depth of 0.6-0.75MM, brittleness not exceeding grade 11, ensuring high rotor shaft hardness, high load capacity, strong torque, no shaft breakage, and smooth transmission.
