The main working components are two hollow or drilled rollers rotating inward in opposite directions. The roller on the operator's side is called the front roller, which can be moved horizontally back and forth manually or electrically to adjust the roll gap to meet operational requirements. The rear roller is fixed and cannot move back and forth. Both rollers are of the same size and rotate at different speeds in opposite directions. Raw rubber or compound is drawn into the gap between the rollers by their rotation and subjected to intense shearing action to achieve plasticization or mixing. Open mixing mills are also used in plastic processing and other sectors.

7. The machine is equipped with an emergency brake. In case of an emergency, emergency switches at all four corners allow multi-point braking for quick machine stoppage. Pulling the emergency switch immediately stops the machine, ensuring safety and reliability;
8. The transmission system uses hard-gear reducers, featuring compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life;
9. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent damage to key components due to overloading.
