| | This product is an excellent amine antioxidant, providing superior antioxidant effects in various petroleum products. It has excellent free radical and desulfurization performance. Widely used in mineral oils, hydrogenated oils, synthetic oils, and vegetable oils. Typical applications include: 1) Efficient gasoline antioxidant and anti-gum agent—far more effective than the commonly used T-501 antioxidant. Particularly suitable as an additive for cracked or thermally cracked gasoline (high olefin content gasoline), effectively preventing olefin oxidation from producing gel, thereby avoiding carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, piston top, cylinder head, etc. during oil use. Compared to other amine antioxidants, this product requires less dosage, offers better antioxidant effects, and significantly reduces environmental pollution. 2) Gasoline mercaptan removal agent—In the presence of air and water, 44PD acts as a catalyst to convert mercaptans into disulfides. Since 44PD is only a catalyst and is insoluble in alkali, it remains in the gasoline after subsequent alkali removal operations, with no loss in antioxidant efficiency. 3) Special antioxidant for vegetable oils. 4) General-purpose antioxidant for natural and synthetic rubber. Note: For optimal performance, the usage temperature should be between room temperature and 125°C. For gasoline, the addition amount depends on olefin content and storage conditions, generally between 0.001-0.01%. Cracked gasoline should be added directly at the distillation outlet. |
