I. Overview of DTⅡ Type Mine-specific Belt Conveyor:

　　The DTⅡ type belt conveyor is a universal series product widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemicals, light industry, petroleum, and other industries to transport bulk materials or packaged items. Depending on the requirements of the conveying process, it can operate as a single unit or be combined with multiple units or other conveyors to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems. It can handle materials with bulk densities ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 t/m³.

II. Features of DTⅡ Type Belt Conveyor:

　　1. The DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor is suitable for operating temperatures between -25°C and +40°C. For special environments requiring heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, explosion-proofing, flame retardancy, etc., corresponding protective measures should be taken separately.

　　2. The DTⅡ type fixed belt conveyor is designed based on a modular component series. Designers can select and combine components according to the conveying process requirements, terrain, and working conditions to assemble the entire conveyor.

　　3. This series of components can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying and can also adopt conveying forms combining convex arc, concave arc, and straight sections. The allowable size of conveyed materials depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough angle, and inclination angle, as well as the frequency of large lump materials.
