Ultrasonic cleaning machines work by generating cavitation through the application of ultrasonic vibrations throughout the cleaning medium. As a result, all workpieces immersed in the cleaning solution are cleaned at the same rate. This helps prevent over-cleaning of specific areas, which could ultimately damage the parts. Additionally, ultrasonic cleaning machines can clean even hard-to-reach areas such as gaps and cavities, which are difficult to access with manual or other cleaning methods.
The VGT-1407FT ultrasonic cleaning equipment by VGT features 14 functional tanks, equipped with an immersion system, circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, slow pull dehydration system, hot air drying system, sealed cylinder door system, exhaust device, and more. The equipment uses environmentally friendly water-based solvents for washing and pure water for rinsing, making it an eco-friendly cleaning machine.

Configuration of Various Parts of VGT-1407FT Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment:
Tap Water Ultrasonic Soaking Tank:
1. Inner Tank Dimensions: L280×390×H250 (mm).
2. Structure: Equipped with a single-sided overflow port, overflow tank width 35mm. Oil and grease floating on the tank surface are directly discharged through the overflow port.
3. Generator: Configured with a fourth-generation ultrasonic generator, fundamentally ensuring effective ultrasonic conversion rate, ultrasonic performance, and stability of the ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic generator includes a microcontroller with a built-in timing system, allowing flexible adjustment of cleaning time according to production needs and forming a one-to-one configuration (one generator per cleaning tank), ensuring consistent cleaning results.
Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning Tank:
1. Storage Tank: Divided into two chambers by a partition. The cleaned solution, after oil separation, is pumped back into the cleaning tank via a circulation pump, enabling self-circulation and improving solution utilization. The separated oil is discharged into the main drain pipe. (This structure includes a tap water inlet that can be connected to each cleaning tank and storage tank separately).
2. Filtration Circulation System: A removable filter screen is installed before the pump, and a filter is installed after the pump. A water pressure gauge is installed before the filter to indicate when the filter needs replacement or cleaning.
Slow Pull Dehydration Tank:
1. Structure: The tank surface features a serrated overflow structure, with pure water entering from the pure water preheating tank. The exterior is insulated with 10mm thick保温棉 (insulation cotton). Small exhaust holes are located at the top of the tank to remove overflowing water vapor, preventing it from re-adhering to the lifted lenses.

3. Top FFU: An FFU system is installed at the top of the drying tank to effectively reduce environmental impact on cleaning results. (After the workpiece is heated, its adhesion to dust increases. The FFU creates negative pressure, effectively reducing environmental impact on cleaning results, thereby fundamentally improving product qualification rates).
Hot Air Drying Tank Structure:
Each drying tank is equipped with a set of cylinders that drive the tempered glass to move, forming a sealed cover.
Agitation Mechanism Principle:
During the cleaning process, the workpiece undergoes uniform agitation, increasing friction between the workpiece and the liquid. This facilitates the rapid removal of surface contaminants and improves cleaning effectiveness.
