During the cleaning process, the workpiece is subjected to the impact of "cavitation" generated by high-frequency ultrasound and the continuous up-and-down motion of the system, which increases liquid friction. The VGT-709FPA is an automatic intelligent ultrasonic cleaning machine with 7 functional tanks. It is equipped with a circulation filtration system, automatic temperature control system, touchscreen system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, overflow system, timing system, automatic intelligent robotic arm system, recovery system, condensation system, and drying system. The machine uses solvent cleaning, rinsing, and hot air drying, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning device.

Automatic Loading and Unloading System:

1. The loading system can accommodate 2-4 cleaning basket stations, while the unloading system can hold 1-2 cleaning basket stations.

2. Sensors are installed at the loading and unloading ports, with alarm devices set according to the condition of the cleaning baskets.

3. The loading and unloading mechanism uses universal cleaning baskets, enabling the handling of various parts.

4. The loading and unloading rhythm is controlled by sensors connected to the PLC.

5. When a cleaning basket is discharged, a short audio-visual alert is triggered. If two baskets remain uncollected, the alert continues.

Ultrasonic Solvent Cleaning Tank and Ultrasonic Solvent Rinsing Tank:

1. Independent cleaning tanks with a zigzag-shaped four-sided overflow design, overflow slot width 35mm. Liquid continuously flows into the storage tank via overflow and is pumped back into the cleaning tank through the circulation filtration pump.

2. Equipped with an independent circulation filtration system.

3. Drain valve at the bottom of the tank discharges liquid into the storage tank.

4. Temperature sensor inside the tank, temperature control range: RT-100°C. Indirect heating method is used to effectively prevent flammability and explosion risks of the cleaning solution.

5. Agitation system installed outside the tank.

Dripping and Draining Tank:

1. A support system is installed at the bottom of the tank.

2. The cleaning basket is equipped with a tilting device to facilitate easier drainage of the cleaning solvent.

3. A condensation system is installed at the top of the tank.

Hot Air Drying Tank:

1. Uses circulating hot air drying method, with the tank externally connected to a high-pressure fan + heating pack + air filter.

2. The fan operates in a one-in-one-out manner.

3. Stainless steel heating tubes are used, and a drain ball valve is installed at the bottom of the tank.

4. Temperature sensor inside the tank, temperature control range: RT-100°C, insulation: 10mm insulation cotton.
