Our company has designed a semi-automatic optical lens ultrasonic cleaning machine model VGT-12162FH. This model features 12 functional tanks, equipped with a circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature system, agitation system, electronic control device, and more. The device uses environmentally friendly water-based solvents for washing, pure water rinsing, pure water slow pull, and hot air drying, making it an environmentally friendly cleaning machine.
VGT-12162FH Semi-Automatic Optical Lens Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine Tank Structure:
1、Each tank is equipped with four-sided overflow ports. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the circulation pump draws the cleaning solution from the storage tank, filters it, and returns it to the cleaning tank, achieving a sub-tank circulation system.
2、Independent circulation filtration system is installed.
3、Each tank has a drain valve at the bottom, connected in series to the cleaning solution discharge pipe (separate from the pure water main discharge pipe).
4、Temperature sensors are installed inside the tanks, with a temperature control range: RT-100°C.
5、Agitation is set outside the tanks.
Storage Tank Structure:
1、The cleaning solution is pumped back into the cleaning tank by the circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving the utilization rate of the solution, while the overflow liquid is discharged into the main drain pipe.
2、City water inlet is provided, which can be connected to each cleaning tank and storage tank separately.
3、Equipped with stainless steel heating tubes, power 3KW.
4、Lower liquid level switch is installed, with automatic audio-visual alarm when the water level is low, and the alarms are connected in series.
5、A drain valve is installed at the bottom of the storage tank, connected in series with the cleaning tanks and discharged into the main drain pipe simultaneously.
Filtration Circulation System:
1、A removable filter screen is added before the pump, and a filter is installed after the pump.
2、A water pressure gauge is installed before the filter to indicate when the filter needs replacement or cleaning.
Pure Water Rinsing Spray Tank:
1、A row of spray bars is installed on each side of the tank, with 4-5 nozzles evenly distributed on each bar. The spray pump draws liquid from the storage tank, filters it, and sprays it through the nozzles, tilting downward. The nozzles are fan-shaped, providing a wider spray range.
2、A normally open valve is installed at the bottom of the tank.
3、Agitation is set outside the tank.

Hot Air Drying Tank:
1、The drying tank is insulated with thermal cotton on the outside. Hot air enters from around the drying tank, with return air at the bottom. The air outlet is equipped with a high-temperature high-efficiency filter and air heating tubes.
2、A movable cylinder cover is installed at the top of the tank.
3、An FFU laminar flow air supply unit is installed on the top of the frame directly above the drying tank. It blows air from top to bottom to create negative pressure, preventing contaminants from adhering to the workpiece after heating.
