II. VGT-1007FT Optical Ultrasonic Cleaner:
Ultrasonic cleaners are commonly encountered in both daily life and industrial production. For example, ultrasonic cleaning of glasses and accessories, as well as industrial applications such as ultrasonic hydrocarbon degreasing and removal of powder residues, can all be enhanced by ultrasonic cleaning equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The principle of ultrasonic cleaning mainly involves converting the sound energy from a power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibrations via a transducer, which then radiates ultrasonic waves through the cleaning tank walls into the cleaning solution. Due to ultrasonic radiation, micro-bubbles in the liquid within the tank vibrate under the influence of sound waves. This disrupts the adhesion of contaminants to the surface of the cleaned object, causing fatigue failure of the contaminant layer and its subsequent detachment. The vibration of gas-type bubbles also scrubs the solid surface.
The VGT-1007FT optical ultrasonic cleaner features 10 functional tanks, equipped with a circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature system, ultrasonic cleaning system, timing system, agitation system, liquid storage tank system, and more.
III. Configuration of VGT-107FT Optical Ultrasonic Cleaner:
Ultrasonic Generator (Control Box): The ultrasonic generator is the working part that produces electromagnetic oscillation signals and provides energy. It generates ultrasonic electrical signals above 28 kHz and supplies them to the transducer.
Transducer: Converts the electromagnetic vibration signals generated by the ultrasonic transducer into ultrasonic vibrations of the transducer itself, i.e., converting one form of energy into another. In the cleaner's application, the ultrasonic transducer converts electrical energy into sound energy.
Cleaning Tank: Holds the workpieces to be cleaned and the cleaning solution.
Rinsing Tank: Used to remove residual cleaning solution from the cleaned workpieces.
Liquid Storage Tank: Ensures operational safety and prevents liquid evaporation. Equipped with liquid level control; the circulation pump automatically shuts off with audio-visual alarm when liquid is low. Includes a drain valve for direct liquid discharge.
Water-Soluble Solvent Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank Structure Function: Independent cleaning tank with a serrated four-sided overflow design. Floating contaminants flow into the storage tank via the overflow port, are filtered, and then pumped back into the cleaning tank for reuse.
Circulation Filtration System: Circulates and filters the cleaning agent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank to improve cleaning effectiveness and reduce costs.
Automatic Constant Temperature Heating System: Heats and automatically controls the temperature of the cleaning solution in each tank to meet cleaning process requirements.
Agitation System: Due to the variety of workpieces, especially small parts with significant cleaning volume, workpieces need to move continuously up and down in the liquid during cleaning to ensure gaps between them, allowing ultrasonic waves to function effectively. This movement also creates friction between the liquid and workpiece surfaces, enhancing cleaning speed and effectiveness.
Transducer Vibration Plate: The vibration plate's housing is made of imported corrosion-resistant stainless steel, welded into a sealed box using argon arc welding. The transducer is installed inside the box, and high-frequency cables introduce ultrasonic frequency power from the ultrasonic source into the transducer box. The transducer converts this into mechanical vibrations via piezoelectric crystals, radiating into the cleaning solution.
Electrical Control Cabinet: Located at the front of the cleaning tank, integrated with the cleaning system. The operation panel centrally houses control switches such as buttons, indicator lights, meters, timers, pumps, fans, heaters, drive motors, and temperature controllers. It is simple to operate, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing. The control cabinet contains the ultrasonic generation system, relays, air switches, transformers, etc.
IV. Maintenance of VGT-1007FT Optical Ultrasonic Cleaner:
1. Check whether the liquid levels in each storage tank are at the specified positions. After starting each circulation pump, observe the drop in liquid levels. If the liquid level in the first storage tank is 50mm below the heater, replenish the cleaning solution.
2. If the filter is clogged, the pressure gauge needle will move upward. After determining the approximate standard, replace the internal filter element.
3. The shaking machine should be lubricated every three months.
4. Regularly clean the surfaces of the heaters in each tank.
5. Periodically inspect and calibrate each temperature regulator.
6. Regularly clean the inside of the cooling pipes to prevent scale buildup, which narrows the pipe diameter and reduces cooling efficiency.
