1、Uses self-developed ultrasonic generators and ultrasonic transducers, providing strong and uniform ultrasound, high mechanical Q value, stable performance, and long service life.

2、PLC control system: All parameters such as water inlet and drainage, cleaning temperature, cleaning time, drying time, filtration cycle time, and ultrasonic power can be set and operated via the human-machine interface.

3、Filtration circulation system: Filtration accuracy options range from 1-50μm, removing particulate sediments, suspended solids, and floating debris from the cleaning solution, improving the utilization rate of cleaning agents and reducing cleaning costs.

4、The inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel, resistant to acids and alkalis, with strong corrosion resistance.

5、Cleaning basket: The frame uses a round branch structure, with the sides and bottom plate welded from stainless steel perforated plates, offering strong load-bearing capacity.

6、The loading system can accommodate 2-4 cleaning basket stations; the unloading system can accommodate 1-2 cleaning basket stations; the loading port is equipped with a 485 communication system, enabling industrial automation for automatic cleaning process changes; cleaning baskets with different requirements can be cleaned simultaneously and automatically transported.

7、Transducers are directly adhered to the bottom plate of the tank. The bottom plate is chrome-plated and then secured to the tank bottom with thick stainless steel plates via screws, enclosed and locked with 0.8mm thick stainless steel boxes.

8、The ultrasonic generator includes a built-in microcontroller with a unique timing system, allowing adjustable cleaning times based on production needs and enabling one-to-one settings.

9、A removable filter screen is installed before the pump, and a filter is installed after the pump; a water pressure gauge is installed before the filter to indicate when the filter needs replacement or cleaning.

10、Equipped with an automatic liquid inlet, fitted with a glass rotor flow meter for adjustable flow; the heating tank includes a digital display adjustable automatic temperature controller.

11、After the workpiece is heated, dust adhesion increases. The FFU creates negative pressure, effectively reducing environmental impact on cleaning results, thereby fundamentally improving product qualification rates.
