I. Equipment Overview:
Although glass in the optical industry undergoes multiple rigorous cleaning processes, it inevitably becomes contaminated again during intermediate processing, transportation, and handling by saliva, fingerprints, airborne dust, and other pollutants to varying degrees, directly affecting product quality. To meet high-precision cleaning requirements, post-cleaning dehydration and drying are even more critical than stain removal.
The VGT-1109FHA Glass Capillary Ultrasonic Cleaner is a specialized cleaning device for the optical industry. Developed by VGT based on user requirements and incorporating the latest industrial technologies and expertise, it is a fully innovative ultrasonic cleaner. Key materials and components are sourced from renowned Japanese and American manufacturers and meticulously crafted.
This machine features a rational structure, stable and reliable operation, advanced technology, user-friendly operation, high cleanliness of workpieces, and immediate drying after cleaning. It is primarily used for high-cleanliness precision cleaning of optical glass.

III. Operating Steps:
1. Pre-Startup Preparations:
① Check if the three-phase power supply meets equipment requirements;
② Ensure all switches on the electrical control panel are in the "Off" position;
③ Connect all water supply and drainage pipelines;
④ Ensure electrical circuits are fully grounded;
⑤ Connect the power supply and ultrasonic generator cables;
⑥ Check that all drain valves are closed; if not, close them promptly;
⑦ Open the water supply valve and add the appropriate cleaning solution to each functional tank according to the cleaning process requirements;
⑧ Verify that all valves in the circulation pipelines are open. (If closed, turning on the circulation pump will increase pressure and damage the pump).
2. Electrical Operation:
① Turn on the main power by closing the air switch in the control box;
② Press the power start button; the power indicator will light up;
③ Adjust the temperature controller to the required cleaning temperature for each heating tank (SP indicator shows the set value; AL indicator shows the compensation温差);
④ Set the ultrasonic cleaning time (timer is dial-type: "S" for seconds, "M" for minutes, "H" for hours);
⑤ Turn on the "Heating" switch; the indicator light will illuminate, indicating heating has started. When the preset temperature is reached, the temperature controller will automatically cut off power, and the indicator will turn off;
⑥ Turn on the "Filtration" switch for each tank to ensure the cleaning solution remains clean and the temperature is uniform and constant;
⑦ After the cleaning solution reaches the preset temperature, place the workpiece basket into the cleaning tank, turn on the "Ultrasonic" and "Agitation" switches, and proceed with the cleaning process according to the customer's specified workflow.
3. Shutdown Procedure:
① First, turn off the heating, circulation pump, ultrasonic, and agitation switches, then turn off the chiller switch, and finally shut off the main power;
② Open the drain valve to discharge the cleaning solution from the tank, then close the valve;
③ Close the filtration circulation valve.
