Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning Tank:

1. Each tank is equipped with overflow outlets on all four sides, with an overflow channel width of 35mm. Each tank operates as an independent circulation unit, where the cleaning solution is pumped from the storage tank through a filter and returned to the cleaning tank, forming a mother-daughter tank circulation system.

Oscillation Mechanism:

The oscillation motor drives a linear slider up and down via an eccentric wheel, ensuring continuous oscillation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the oscillation system due to heavy workpieces. This allows the oscillation frame to move the cleaning basket up and down within the tank. The operation is stable with low noise.

2. During cleaning, the uniform oscillation of the workpiece increases friction between the workpiece and the liquid, facilitating rapid removal of surface contaminants and improving cleaning effectiveness.

Centrifugal Drying System (Optional):

1. Air filtration fan: 0.4KW, 3-phase 340V, air delivery volume of 12 cubic meters/min. It operates with low noise and sufficient airflow to completely remove water from the inner tray.

3. Standard accessories for the centrifugal drying system include the main motor (low noise and vibration), timer, frequency converter (with maximum speed limit and adjustable speed), alarm system (with operation light, abnormal light, and semi-rotary alarm light), spindle, and PLC.
