An ultrasonic cleaner is essentially a machine that uses ultrasonic technology principles to clean various objects. Since the primary cleaning work is accomplished by ultrasound, it is called an ultrasonic cleaner.
Understanding the Cleaning Principle of Ultrasonic Cleaners::
First, it is essential to know the basic components of an ultrasonic cleaner: the ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, and ultrasonic cleaning tank.
The ultrasonic generator converts AC power into ultrasonic-frequency power, which is then transmitted via cable to the transducer. The ultrasonic transducer often consists of an array of several acoustic heads connected in parallel, where electrical energy is converted into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency. Through cleaning in the tank, an ultrasonic field with back-and-forth vibrations is generated in the cleaning solution.
In the negative pressure zone of the ultrasonic field, vibrations form countless microscopic vacuum bubbles due to the replenishment of surrounding liquid. Slow Pull Dehydration Tank:
Structure:
1、The tank surface features a serrated overflow structure, with pure water entering from the pure water preheating tank. The exterior is insulated with 10mm thick保温棉 (thermal insulation cotton).
2、The tank is equipped with an "OMRON" digital temperature control system to monitor the working temperature inside the tank, with a temperature range from room temperature to 120°C.
3、Small exhaust holes are installed at the top of the tank to remove escaping steam, preventing moisture from re-adhering to the extracted products.
Principle:
High-precision surface cleaning requires not only reasonable cleaning processes and configurations but also excellent dehydration效果 (effect). Any residue or water spots on the workpiece surface will ultimately lead to cleaning or coating failures. High-purity water high-temperature slow pull dehydration is an essential process for high-precision chips and glass products. It effectively forms a uniform hot pure water film, rapidly dissipates surface moisture, achieves high surface cleanliness, and lays a favorable foundation for subsequent drying.
Top FFU:
An FFU system is installed on top of the drying tank to effectively reduce environmental impact on cleaning results. After heating, workpieces have increased adhesion to dust. The FFU creates negative pressure, effectively reducing environmental impact on cleaning results, thereby fundamentally improving product qualification rates.
Due to the high temperature of the slow pull tank liquid, without the top FFU's downward pressure, large amounts of steam would rise and re-adhere to the extracted chips and glass. After installing the FFU, a local positive pressure is formed above, and most steam is extracted through the exhaust port on the tank surface.
Agitation Mechanism:

The agitation motor drives a linear slider up and down via an eccentric wheel, fundamentally ensuring continuous agitation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the agitation system due to overweight workpieces. This allows the agitation frame to drive the cleaning basket in up-and-down motion within the cleaning tank.
Principle:
