Shenzhen VGT Ultrasonic Technology Development Co., Ltd. has independently developed the VGT-1109FS optical glass ultrasonic cleaner, primarily used for cleaning and drying surface contaminants on optical glass. This model is equipped with a circulation filtration system, organic solvent distillation recovery system, automatic constant temperature system, slow lifting system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, and exhaust device. The cleaning and centrifugal drying sections each have independent electrical control cabinets. The device uses environmentally friendly organic solvent washing, aqueous solvent washing, pure water rinsing, and centrifugal drying, making it an eco-friendly cleaner.

During the cleaning process, the workpiece is subjected to the impact of the "cavitation phenomenon" generated by high-frequency ultrasound and continuous up-and-down movement of the system, which increases liquid friction, allowing contaminants on the workpiece surface to quickly detach and achieve high cleanliness.

VGT-1109FS Optical Glass Ultrasonic Cleaner Configuration:

1、Each tank has four-sided overflow ports with a 35mm wide overflow channel. Each tank is an independent circulation tank, where the cleaning agent is pumped from the storage tank through filtration and returned to the cleaning tank, forming a master-slave circulation system.

2、The storage tank structure is divided into two chambers by a partition. The cleaned solution after oil separation is pumped back into the cleaning tank by the circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving solution utilization, while the separated oil is discharged into the main drain pipe.

3、The bottom of the storage tank is equipped with a drain valve, connected in series with the cleaning tank to discharge into the main drain pipe simultaneously.

4、Equipped with a fourth-generation ultrasonic generator, fundamentally ensuring effective ultrasonic conversion, stable ultrasonic performance, and consistent quality of the ultrasonic generator.
