When cleaning the surface of anti-reflective coatings, it is essential to choose appropriate cleaning agents to avoid damaging the coating. Additionally, surface dust and stains must be thoroughly removed without leaving watermarks or traces, and the surface must be completely dried.

The VGT-1209FS Optical Ultrasonic Cleaner by Weigute effectively cleans and dries anti-reflective coating surfaces without damaging the product.

The Weigute VGT-1209FS is an optical Ultrasonic Cleaner equipped with 12 functional tanks, featuring a circulation filtration system, automatic temperature control system, overflow system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, and centrifugal drying system. The cleaning and centrifugal drying sections each have independent electrical control cabinets. The machine uses environmentally friendly water-based solvents for washing, pure water for rinsing, and centrifugal drying, making it an eco-friendly cleaner.

During the cleaning process, the workpiece is subjected to the impact of "cavitation" generated by high-frequency ultrasound and continuous up-and-down motion of the system, which increases liquid friction, allowing contaminants on the workpiece surface to be quickly removed, achieving high cleanliness.

1. The cleaning process and automation form an organic unity. Only by ensuring the cleaning process can the cleaning effect be effectively achieved.
