Gas Phase Catalyst

Non-hydrogen dewaxing catalysts are processed and manufactured using shape-selective molecular sieves. They are loaded into fixed beds for liquid-phase and gas-phase catalysis. They can catalyze wax oil, waste engine oil, and achieve a pour point reduction depth greater than or equal to 40 degrees. Under non-hydrogen conditions, using shape-selective molecular sieve catalysts with specific pore structures, they selectively crack long-chain n-alkanes and single-branched alkanes while retaining cycloalkanes, multi-branched alkanes, and aromatics unchanged. This effectively reduces the pour point of distillate oil, converting high-pour-point heavy waxy oil into low-pour-point light oil. The catalyst exhibits high strength and excellent activity. It can catalyze distillate oil, wax oil, and waste engine oil, with a pour point reduction depth ≥40°C. This product has a long service life, good regeneration performance, and can be regenerated for reuse.
