Anti-corrosion special primer

Product Introduction: This product is made from high molecular polymer resin, BYK and other excellent additives to form a coating, which is combined with Bayer curing agent to form a film, making it a two-component reactive coating. It effectively prevents atmospheric damage to the substrate and extends the service life of the coated object.

Scope of Application: Specifically used as a primer for steel, galvanized, alloy, stainless steel, and other metal surfaces.
Characteristics: This is a specialized primer developed for the anti-corrosion, rust removal, and rust prevention of steel components. Its key feature is its exceptionally strong rust resistance, which is several times greater than that of traditional anti-rust primers. Applying one coat of this specialized primer and leaving it outdoors will prevent rust formation for up to one year. It has strong corrosion tension, and its anti-aging performance is more than five times that of traditional anti-rust primers. Traditional epoxy anti-rust primers age within three months without topcoat protection. The paint film is highly dense, making it difficult for air to penetrate, thereby stabilizing the steel surface and preventing oxidation, providing effective protection.

Application Method: Mix strictly according to the specified ratio. First, thoroughly mix the curing agent with the paint and allow it to mature for 15 minutes before adding the thinner. This product is specially formulated with construction requirements in mind, making it suitable for brushing, spraying, and rolling. As a two-component reactive coating, it must be used within 4 hours after mixing.

Drying Time: At 25°C, surface dry in 30 minutes, hard dry in 24 hours. Full curing takes 5-7 days.

Recoat Interval: More than 4 hours.

Storage: Keep tightly sealed. Store in a cool, clean, and dry place. Shelf life is 2 years.

Surface Preparation: Remove loose rust, welding slag, and other contaminants from the workpiece surface, and ensure it is free of dust and oil.

Application Conditions: Humidity during application should be less than 75%, and the temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. Application is strictly prohibited during rain, snow, or fog.

Safety and Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the construction site. Keep away from open flames; smoking is prohibited at the construction site. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
