2. Wetting Principle:

Utilizing high-pressure saturated steam that directly contacts the tissue of animal carcasses. When the steam encounters the carcass and condenses into water, it releases a significant amount of thermal energy, which can melt fats and coagulate proteins. Simultaneously, through high temperature and high pressure, pathogens are completely eradicated.

The wetting machine is equipment that applies the wetting principle to sterilize and process the carcasses or diseased parts of animals under high temperature and high pressure. The animal carcasses processed by the wetting machine can be refined into industrial oil, while the other residues produced can be used as plant fertilizer.
