New Energy Charging Station

The charging station consists of an integrated/split-type charger, high and low voltage power distribution components, a large canopy, site layout design, video surveillance system, and an operational management system.

① Charger Selection:

360kW split-type, one unit with 6 guns;
240kW split-type, one unit with 6 guns;
180kW integrated, one unit with 2 guns;
120kW integrated, one unit with 2 guns;
80kW integrated, 2 guns.

② Power Distribution Components:

Box-type substation, 0.4kV low-voltage distribution box, low-voltage cables, cable trays.

③ Large Canopy: Photovoltaic canopy, steel structure canopy, membrane canopy/steel structure canopy.
④ Communication System: In line with the charging station access system plan, the charging station connects to external and internal networks via fiber optic networking or Ethernet cabling, using wireless routers or fiber optic routers to link with the charging pile operational management system.
⑤ Video Surveillance System: PTZ camera balls, camera guns, communication network.
⑥ Operational Management System: Charging pile operation, management, monitoring; IoT big data sharing.
⑦ Fire Protection System: Buildings and parking spaces must meet fire safety requirements, entrance and exit designs should comply with parking lot evacuation standards, and the station should be equipped with sand fire pits, dry powder fire extinguishers, and fire alarm systems.
