If honeycomb panels offer excellent strength, rigidity, and flatness, then corrugated panels are ideal materials for large curved shapes. The surface layer consists of 1.0-1.2mm aluminum sheets, while the back is made of corrugated steel or aluminum materials. This panel type can meet designers' special requirements and is widely used in places like theaters and exhibition halls where other materials fall short.

Applications:
Architectural curtain wall decoration, renovation of old building exteriors. Interior decoration, partitions, ceilings, display boards, signage, advertising panels, storefront decor.

Base Material:
The aluminum base of aluminum corrugated panels uses 3003 alloy aluminum.
Surface Coating: High-quality KYNAR500 fluorocarbon resin paint from AkzoNobel, one of the top paint suppliers. It effectively resists acid rain, air pollution, and UV radiation, offering long service life, strong adhesion, excellent gloss, aging resistance, and color stability.

Adhesive:
Our company uses raw epoxy resin adhesive, which significantly enhances the bonding strength and uniform compositing between aluminum sheets. The roller peel strength exceeds 80N.cm/cm.

Features:
Smooth surface, resistant to deformation in large panels. Fluorocarbon roller coating ensures uniform paint coverage and easy cleaning. Rich color options (including stone and wood grain effects). Lightweight, high peel strength, excellent weather resistance. Good sound and thermal insulation. Fire rating: Class A.

Performance Characteristics

The thermosetting resin used bonds with heat, offering strong adhesion to metals, high bonding strength, and excellent impact and vibration resistance.
High strength, electrical insulation, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Low shrinkage: Minimal shrinkage due to the absence of byproducts during reactive curing.
Low-pressure curing: Adequate bonding pressure.

● Thermal Insulation: The air layer between panels is divided into sealed cells, preventing convection and heat transfer, resulting in excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
● Color Consistency and Stability: Pre-roller coating ensures uniform, low-gloss, non-reflective surfaces with no color difference and long-lasting color retention.
● Moisture and Corrosion Resistance: The panels are waterproof, mold-resistant, and do not deteriorate in humid environments.
● Self-Cleaning: Nano fluorocarbon coating provides self-cleaning properties, resisting aging and discoloration, and allows repeated cleaning.
