WL205E is a novel multifunctional rubber vulcanization additive used for the vulcanization of NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM, and other rubbers. Upon heating, it decomposes to release active sulfur, promoting groups, and activating groups, making it suitable as a vulcanizing agent while also functioning as an accelerator. This product offers a long scorch time, ensuring excellent processing safety, fast cross-linking reaction speed, high vulcanization degree, extended plateau vulcanization time, and outstanding resistance to vulcanization reversion.

The typical dosage of WL205E is 3.0-4.0 parts. It can replace the combination of vulcanizing agents (such as sulfur powder, insoluble sulfur, various sulfur carriers, etc.) and vulcanization accelerators commonly used in current sulfur vulcanization systems. It features fast mixing and feeding speed, good dispersibility, no blooming, and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber.

This product can be used in the manufacturing of rubber products such as tires, conveyor belts, hoses, wires and cables, medical devices, etc.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight.

Packaging: 25kg paper-plastic composite bags with polyethylene inner lining or ton bags.
