Properties: Light yellow to amber transparent viscous liquid with a special odor. Boiling point greater than 250°C, flash point (open cup) 182°C. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, trichloroethane, ethers, and other organic solvents; poorly soluble in gasoline; insoluble in water.
Applications: Antioxidant and anti-aging agent SP can be used as a non-staining anti-aging agent for natural rubber, various synthetic rubbers, and latex products in white, light-colored, and bright-colored formulations. It provides excellent protection against heat, pressure, light, and aging. SP disperses easily in rubber compounds, offers good fluidity, does not discolor, does not bloom, and does not affect aging. After emulsification, it can be used in latex. It prevents thermal oxidation and flex cracking aging, with a usage range of 0.5～3.0%. It can also serve as an antioxidant for polyethylene and polyformaldehyde, a stabilizer for synthetic rubbers such as butadiene-styrene, isoprene, and ethylene-propylene, and as a chemical intermediate in chemical synthesis.
Packaging: Galvanized steel drum, 200Kg/drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, strictly away from open flames. The shelf life is one year; expired products can still be used if they pass inspection.
