Properties: Dark gray crystal, melting point not lower than 150°C, soluble in acetone, ethanol, and propionitrile, insoluble in water.
Applications: NLB is mainly used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It has good compatibility with rubber, is non-extractable as an antioxidant, and is resistant to oil, media, and high temperatures. It is particularly suitable for rubber sealing products of various uses, high-temperature oil-resistant and oil seal products. When combined with magnesium methacrylate, it performs even better, with low deformation and heat resistance. It can replace amine antioxidants such as 4010 and 4020, with a typical dosage of 2-4 parts.
Packaging: Kraft paper bags or paper drums. 25Kg/bag (drum).
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be kept away from direct sunlight.
