Properties: Olive green powder. Non-toxic, specific gravity 1.30, bulk density 3-3.4.

Applications: Used as a secondary accelerator in most sulfur-vulcanized elastomers. Provides effective anti-ozone function in dynamic applications and good antioxidant properties in general use. In SBR, BR, CR, and IIR compounds, NDBC is an effective anti-ozonant. Products made from these compounds may experience wax film rupture during dynamic applications, leading to loss of protection. NDBC offers antioxidant protection for CR, CSM, CO, ECO, and EPDM. It can also be used in EPDM and CSM vulcanizates requiring low heat resistance and in colored CR products to improve sun resistance.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight. Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other, as overlapping stacks or temperatures exceeding 35°C may cause abnormal compression. Shelf life: 1 year.

Note: This product can be processed into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
