Properties: This product is a yellow crystalline powder. Odorless and tasteless. Soluble in benzene, acetone, dichloroethane, carbon disulfide, and toluene; slightly soluble in ethanol and ether; insoluble in gasoline and water. Stable in storage.

Applications: Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator—Tetraisobutylthiuram monosulfide is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator and a substitute for TMTM, which does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines. This product functions both as a secondary accelerator like sulfenamides and as an anti-scorching agent, making it a versatile accelerator widely used in the vulcanization processing of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, and nitrile rubber.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be kept away from direct sunlight. Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other, as overlapping stacks or temperatures exceeding 35°C may cause abnormal compression of the product. Shelf life: 1 year.
