Product Specifications:

Properties: Light yellow crystalline material (granules), odorless. Density is 1.17-1.30. Insoluble in water, dilute acids, and dilute alkalis; slightly soluble in gasoline; soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, carbon disulfide, and chloroform. Irritating to skin and mucous membranes. Stable in storage.
Uses: Ultra accelerator and vulcanizing agent for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, cis-polybutadiene rubber, and latex. The effective sulfur content is 11% of its mass. This product is an excellent secondary accelerator for thiazole accelerators and also has a catalytic effect on acid and guanidine accelerators. It disperses easily in rubber compounds, does not cause staining or discoloration. It can also be used as a bactericide, insecticide, pharmaceutical intermediate, etc. Commonly used in the production of cables, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, inner tubes, brightly colored products, etc.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, 25kg drums.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight, and pallets should not be stacked on top of each other. Stacking or temperatures exceeding 35℃ may cause abnormal compression of the product; shelf life is 1 year.
