New Multi-functional Rubber Vulcanization Auxiliary WL207F

Technical Requirements:

Properties: Light yellow powder with an initial melting point above 80.0°C. Soluble in toluene and benzene, slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, insoluble in water.

Applications:

WL207F is a new type of multi-functional rubber vulcanization auxiliary. It decomposes to release free sulfur upon heating, making it suitable as a vulcanizing agent, with an effective sulfur content of approximately 48% by mass. It also functions as an accelerator, capable of replacing commonly used thiazole/sulfenamide vulcanization systems. WL207F offers excellent processing performance, fast incorporation, uniform dispersion, and avoids blooming in both the compound and vulcanizate. It exhibits no reversion during high-temperature vulcanization, and the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate are superior to those of traditional formulations.

In blends of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, a typical dosage of 3.5-4.0 parts can replace conventional sulfur vulcanization systems such as S+NS, S+CZ, or S+CZ+NS combinations. The vulcanization performance and overall mechanical properties are better than those of sulfur vulcanization systems, particularly in tear strength and deformation resistance. It also provides good wet skid resistance in dynamic mechanical performance and helps align the Tg values of different rubbers in the blend for near-synchronous vulcanization.

This product can be used in the manufacturing of rubber products such as tires, belts, hoses, wires, cables, and medical devices. It can be used in combination with alkaline accelerators or thiuram accelerators. When used with the anti-scorching agent CTP, it forms an effective vulcanization and anti-scorching system.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight.

Packaging: 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags with polyethylene inner lining or ton bags.
