Properties: White to light yellow crystalline powder. Relative density 1.06. Soluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in ether, sparingly soluble in diethyl ether, insoluble in water.
Applications: This product is a fast vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber, with performance similar to ETU. It is suitable for compounds with lower vulcanization temperatures, providing good physical properties in finished products. It also promotes vulcanization in natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, and EPDM. Additionally, it serves as an anti-ozonant for natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber, and styrene-butadiene rubber. Non-staining and non-discoloring. Mainly used in wires, industrial products, and sponge products.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, 25kg drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Packaged products should be kept away from direct sunlight. Pallets should not be stacked on top of each other, as overlapping stacks or excessively high temperatures may cause abnormal compression. Shelf life: 1 year.
