Physical and Chemical Properties: Light yellow powder, initial melting point above 80.0°C. Soluble in toluene and benzene; slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, insoluble in water.

WL207E is a multifunctional vulcanization aid composed of a single substance, featuring high activity and being pollution-free. It is used for vulcanizing NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM, and other rubbers, providing vulcanization, acceleration, activation, and anti-reversion effects. It can fully replace the vulcanizing agent and vulcanization accelerator in sulfur vulcanization systems and reduce the dosage of the activator ZnO. It promotes the uniform dispersion of inorganic fillers such as silica, improving the comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. It offers good dispersibility, no blooming, and facilitates co-vulcanization in blended rubbers. It mixes quickly, enhances mixing efficiency, and reduces VOC emissions.

The typical dosage of WL207E is 3.0-4.0 parts, replacing common sulfur vulcanization systems such as S+NS, S+CZ, or S+CZ+NS. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber are superior to those of sulfur vulcanization systems, especially in terms of wear resistance, tear resistance, and deformation resistance, balancing wet skid resistance and dynamic mechanical loss. It significantly enhances the co-vulcanization of blended rubbers, achieving synchronous cross-linking within phases and at interface layers, forming a uniform spatial network structure.

This product can be used in the processing and compounding of rubber products such as tires, belts, hoses, wires and cables, and medical devices.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight.

Packaging: 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags with polyethylene inner lining or ton bags.
