Properties: Pale brownish-yellow viscous liquid, refractive index at 25°C is 1.630-1.650, soluble in alcohol, acetone, chlorinated hydrocarbons, insoluble in water.
Applications: DDA is widely used in natural and synthetic rubbers as a replacement for polluting and toxic antioxidants. It enhances the antioxidant properties, tensile strength, elasticity, and flexural performance of rubber. When used in combination with antioxidants such as RD and 4010, it produces a good synergistic effect, improving the heat aging resistance and tear resistance of rubber. It is suitable for manufacturing various rubber products including tires, hoses, belts, shoes, and latex products. It can also be used in colored products made from polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene, and cellulose resins, as well as a stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers. Additionally, DDA can serve as an antioxidant for petroleum products and can be formulated into the antioxidant product DFC-34.
Packaging: Galvanized steel drum, 200Kg/drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from open flames. The shelf life is one year; after expiration, it can still be used if it passes inspection.
