Properties: This product is a grayish-white powder with a slightly bitter taste and odorless. Relative density: 1.01-1.02, soluble in chloroform, acetone, ethanol, slightly soluble in benzene, insoluble in gasoline and water.

Applications: Can be used in NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR, and CR. Its activity is very similar to Accelerator D (Diphenylguanidine). It has low activity at processing temperatures, making it very safe to handle. The vulcanization critical temperature is 141℃. At vulcanization temperatures, especially above the critical temperature, it becomes highly active and offers good vulcanization plateau. This product is an important activator for thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. When used in combination with Accelerator M, it exhibits ultra-accelerator effects. It is mainly used in thick-walled products, tread rubber, cushion layers, rubber roll coverings, etc. When used as a primary accelerator, the dosage is generally 0.8-1.5 phr; when used as a secondary accelerator with thiazole accelerators, the dosage is 0.1-0.5 phr.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight.
