Properties: Yellow powder, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, acetone, dioxane, soluble in THF.

Applications: Widely used as a heat stabilizer for polymers such as polypropylene and rubber, a vulcanizing agent for ethyl acrylate-ethylene polymers, acrylic rubber, etc. Suitable for acrylic rubber ACM, chlorinated polyethylene rubber CO/ECO, and chloroprene rubber CR. Also used in rubber-plastic blends. This product offers fast vulcanization speed, scorch safety, shortens vulcanization time, and eliminates the need for secondary vulcanization. The resulting vulcanizate exhibits excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, compression set resistance, and good mechanical properties. It is a specialized vulcanizing agent for acrylic rubber. As a special vulcanizing agent, it can also be used for chlorinated rubber and chloroprene rubber, and as a co-vulcanization crosslinking agent for nitrile rubber and PVC blends. It can also be used alone as a crosslinking agent for PVC phenolic resin, etc.

Usage: This product is a specialized vulcanizing agent for acrylic rubber, offering fast vulcanization speed, and the vulcanizate exhibits oil resistance, heat resistance, and compression set resistance. The typical dosage is about 1 part, combined with 2 parts of BZ (zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate) and a small amount of anti-scorching agent CTP. The vulcanization temperature is 160-170°C, with secondary vulcanization at 170°C for 3-4 hours.
