Properties: White powder, relative density 1.6. Soluble in dichloromethane, slightly soluble in gasoline, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, insoluble in ethanol and water.

Uses: Used as an ultra accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and latex. The vulcanization speed is faster than that of thiuram accelerators, suitable for rapid compression vulcanization, as well as for hot air vulcanization and vulcanization of latex with water-insoluble accelerators. The critical vulcanization temperature is low, so special attention must be paid to scorching during mixing. When the vulcanization temperature exceeds 121°C, the vulcanization plateau narrows sharply. This product requires the addition of zinc oxide. In addition to being used alone, it can also be used as a secondary accelerator for thiazole accelerators. This product is non-staining, and the vulcanized rubber is odorless and tasteless. It is mainly used in the manufacture of latex products, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, and other self-vulcanizing adhesives. The general dosage is 0.5~2.0 parts.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life is 2 years.
