Properties: Grayish-white powder (granules). Density 1.26-1.32. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, propanol, methanol, ethanol; insoluble in gasoline, water, dilute acids, and dilute alkalis.
Usage: This product is a delayed-action accelerator for natural rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and reclaimed rubber. It is particularly suitable for compounds containing highly basic carbon black. It is safe at processing temperatures, has strong anti-scorching properties, fast curing speed, and high modulus strength. It can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber used. With low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS and is known as a standard accelerator due to its excellent overall performance. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldehyde-amine, guanidine, and thiuram accelerators. When used with the anti-scorching agent PVI, it forms an excellent curing system. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, belts, and cables.
Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or bulk flexible intermediate containers (FIBC).
Storage: Should be stored in a single layer in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight. Stacking may cause abnormal compression or granule breakage. High humidity or high temperature may cause product decomposition. Shelf life: 1 year.
Note: This product can be made into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
