Product Specifications:

Properties: White powder (granules). Relative density is 1.66, soluble in dilute alkali, carbon disulfide, benzene, acetone, and dichloromethane, slightly soluble in chloroform, difficult to dissolve in ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, and ethyl acetate.

Applications: Ultra-accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and a general accelerator for latex. Particularly suitable for butyl rubber requiring compression set resistance and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance, also applicable to EPDM. Vulcanization temperature is 100°C, with slightly higher activity than WILLING TMTD, but more active at low temperatures with a greater tendency to scorch, making it prone to premature vulcanization during mixing. This product activates thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators and can be used as a secondary accelerator. When combined with WILLING DM, scorch resistance increases with higher DM content. Due to being odorless, non-staining, and non-discoloring, it is suitable for rubberized fabrics, food, and medical rubber products. In the United States, ZDMC has been approved by the FDA. It shows significant effectiveness in EPDM, butyl rubber, and other products.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight and have a shelf life of 2 years.

Note : This product can be made into ultra-fine powder according to customer requirements.
