Specifications:

Properties: Off-white powder, soluble in toluene and methanol, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in gasoline and water. Specific gravity (20°C) 1.35–1.39 g/cm³.

Applications: This product is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which crosslinks halogen-containing polymer compounds. It is suitable for vulcanization and crosslinking of chlorinated butyl rubber and chloroprene rubber, and can especially serve as an efficient accelerator for chloroprene rubber. Compared to NA-22, this product maintains the excellent physical properties and aging resistance of NA-22-vulcanized chloroprene rubber while also improving scorch resistance and operational safety, along with faster vulcanization characteristics. It disperses easily in rubber, is non-staining, non-discoloring, and is commonly used in the production of cables, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, tires, and brightly colored products.

Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or bulk flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC).

Shelf Life: Should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Valid for 1 year.
