I. Product Introduction

The WE-GS-A30 Pest Monitoring, Early Warning, and Control System is a new generation of pest forecasting lamp independently developed and produced by our company. It complies with the GB-T24689.1-2009 standard and enables remote, precise capture, upload, and analysis of pests. The device consists of components such as an insect-attracting lamp tube, sensors, data acquisition host, far-infrared drying and killing device, insect collection device, intelligent industrial camera, communication module, and supporting brackets. Utilizing modern optical, electrical, and numerical control technologies, it automatically performs systematic operations including insect attraction, killing, dispersion, photography, identification, collection, and drainage without human supervision. It then uses wireless transmission and IoT technologies to upload pest data in real-time to a smart IoT cloud platform for AI identification, analyzing and predicting the occurrence and development of pests to serve modern agriculture and meet the needs of pest forecasting and specimen collection.

Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine, and other fields.

24. Powerful data storage: In case of network failure, local data caching is activated with a storage capacity of approximately 500,000 records. Cached data is automatically uploaded to the server once the network is restored, ensuring data security and no loss;

25. Remote maintenance: System updates via the cloud platform enable remote maintenance and upgrades without leaving the office;

26. Remote fault diagnosis: When a device malfunctions, troubleshooting can be performed remotely via logs;

27. Insect collection tray: The tray area is 90,000 mm², using a vibration device to evenly distribute pests without stacking. After photography and identification, a cleaning device is activated for 360° thorough cleaning with no residue;

28. Insect collection box: Made of stainless steel with spray coating, dimensions: 540mm*470mm*150mm, easily removable for access;

29. Remote reboot: One-click device reboot via mobile app or web interface;

30. Light control: Automatically turns on at night and off during the day. During nighttime operation, it is unaffected by sudden strong light changes;

31. Rain control: Automatically controls the forecasting lamp based on external rainfall changes;

32. Drainage system: Separate drainage structure automatically discharges rainwater, effectively separating rain and insects, ensuring no water accumulation inside the box, suitable for extreme weather conditions like frequent rain in southern regions;

33. Time period control: Based on target pest behavior patterns, work periods and parameters can be set remotely;
