I. Product Introduction:

The WE-A10W IoT Solar Insecticidal Lamp is a new plant protection instrument independently developed and produced by our company. It utilizes the solar panel on top of the lamp to convert solar energy into electricity during the day, which is stored in the battery. At night, it is triggered to work by time control, light control, and rain control. The device consists of a main control circuit, insect-attracting light source, insect-killing components, insect collection components, protective components, and support components. It primarily attracts insects through light and then uses an electric grid to kill them. This product features a sturdy structure, remote control capability, effectiveness against a wide variety of insects, broad coverage, safety, environmental friendliness, and non-toxicity.

The device is widely used in agriculture, forestry, vegetable farming, storage, tea plantations, tobacco, gardens, scenic areas, parks, schools, enterprises and institutions, vineyards, aquaculture, livestock farming, and more.

Common pest monitoring applications:

• Vegetable pests: beet armyworm, Spodoptera litura, diamondback moth, cabbage webworm, whitefly, striped flea beetle, potato tuber moth, plusia, mole cricket, etc.;

2. Attracting light source: LED tube T8, integrating multiple wavelengths, wavelength parameters: 320-680nm, tube length 410mm, power 15W; the frequency-vibrating lamp uses a drawer-type insect collection box measuring 220*235*75mm;

3. The insect collection box features a conical design to prevent pest carcass accumulation and has a water storage function for secondary drowning of pests not killed by the electric grid. However, there are four holes around the box to limit the internal water level height, located 1 cm from the bottom;

4. Frequency-vibrating lamp shape: square with four-sided high-voltage grid, lamp dimensions: ≥330mm×330mm×650mm (L×W×H);

13. Insulation pillars: instant high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-voltage performance. In rainy conditions, the high-voltage grid can operate continuously for 30 minutes without carbonization of the insulation pillars;

14. The insecticidal lamp circuit board has reverse connection protection. If the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly, the lamp will not work, and the circuit and lamp will not be damaged;

15. Automatic rain protection: when humidity exceeds 95% RH, the frequency-vibrating lamp enters automatic protection mode. When humidity is ≤95% RH, it automatically resumes work;

16. Supports intelligent day/night control of charging, discharging, and lamp switching;

17. The circuit board has high-voltage reflux protection. Touching the high-voltage grid does not cause the lamp to flicker, allowing continuous discharge;

18. Lightning protection: the insecticidal lamp is equipped with a lightning discharge tube, ensuring no damage to the lamp during thunderstorms;

19. Solar panel material power: 50W. Battery: lithium battery DC12V 20AH;

20. IoT functionality: compatible with smart agriculture IoT systems, allowing remote real-time monitoring of device information such as operating status, light control status, ambient temperature, rain control status, operating status, battery voltage, etc. Base station positioning is supported by default;

21. Data reporting: the insecticidal lamp periodically reports its working status to the platform;

22. Automatic time calibration: the device supports automatic time calibration after each power-on to ensure stable and reliable operation;
