12M Memory Depth
Standard 12M, optional up to 24M ultra-long memory depth. (Digital channels: 6M standard, optional 12M). Allows users to fully capture both the overall waveform and details, maintaining the highest sampling rate over longer periods without missing any waveform changes.
Hardware Waveform Recording and Playback Function
Provides an optional waveform recording function to record waveform changes, conveniently play back waveforms, and identify faults.
Serial Bus Triggering and Decoding
Provides optional bus triggering and decoding, supporting RS232/UART, I2C, and SPI buses.
Digital Phosphor Display
Multi-level grayscale display capability provides a phosphor-like display effect, revealing waveform changes in fine detail.
Mixed Signal Analysis Capability
MSO models provide 16 digital logic channels, making it easier to test multiple analog and digital signals simultaneously and perform logical signal analysis more conveniently. The DS1000Z Plus can be upgraded to an MSO.
Dual 25MHz Signal Source
Models equipped with a dual 25MHz arbitrary waveform generator integrate an oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and signal source into one, delivering a more efficient testing experience.
