Fidelity Starts at the Probe Tip

With 4, 6, or 8 FlexChannel® inputs, you can probe your circuit with the included 1 GHz probe. Connect high-performance single-ended active probes or differential probes, or use TriMode probes to measure both single-ended and differential signals with one probe. Connect a TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel input and get 8 digital channels to extend your system's visibility.

• Built-in 1 MΩ to 50 Ω inputs
