Mainly used in the production of octadecyl quaternary ammonium salts and various additives, such as cationic grease thickeners, mineral flotation agents, asphalt emulsifiers, antistatic agents, corrosion inhibitors for water treatment, surfactants, bactericides, color film couplers, etc.
