Cyclohexane

1. Used as a solvent for rubber, coatings, and varnishes, as a diluent for adhesives, and as an oil extraction agent. Due to its low toxicity, it is often used as a substitute for benzene in degreasing, delubricating, and paint stripping. This product is primarily used in the production of nylon monomers such as adipic acid, hexamethylenediamine, and caprolactam, and also serves as a raw material for the manufacture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexone;

2. Used as an analytical reagent, such as a solvent and a standard substance for chromatographic analysis. Also used in organic synthesis;

3. Complexometric titration of copper, iron, silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, etc.; standard substance for chromatographic analysis;

4. Used as a solvent for photoresist;

5. Used for the extraction of essential oils;

6. Cyclohexane serves as a cleaning and degreasing agent. The MOS grade is mainly used for discrete devices, medium- and large-scale integrated circuits, while the BV-III grade is primarily used for ultra-large-scale integrated circuits.
