Amazon's Policies, Regulations, or Standards for Baby Bathtubs (Infant Bath Tubs)
I. Baby Bathtubs Covered by This Policy
A baby bathtub refers to a basin, bucket, or similar product designed to hold bathwater and be placed inside an adult bathtub or sink or on other surfaces. It accommodates one infant bathing in a lying, sitting, or standing position with the assistance of a caregiver. This policy also applies to baby carriers, pads, liners, and similar accessories used with baby bathtubs.
This policy does not apply to baby bath seats that provide front-to-back support during assisted bathing by a caregiver. For more information, please refer to Baby Bath Seats.

II. Amazon’s Baby Bathtub Policy
Amazon requires that all baby bathtubs be tested and comply with the following specific regulations and standards:
All of the following:
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (Lead, Phthalates);
16 CFR Part 1130 (Consumer Registration Requirements for Durable Infant or Toddler Products);
Section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (Tracking Labels);
One of the following:
ASTM F2670 – 22 Standard (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Infant Bath Tubs);
16 CFR Part 1234 (Safety Standard for Infant Bath Tubs)
